Newsbabes Bash for Breast Cancer

In the event you’ve been wondering about the significance of the Pink Blog Ambassador seal on the Capitol B home page, it marks my commitment to supporting the 2009 Newsbabes Bash for Breast Cancer. As one of ten Ambassadors, I will be joining ten more of DC’s most notable news women at a fabulous event to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation. I hope you will show your support in the fight against breast cancer and join us this Wednesday, 13 May, at Lotus Lounge (1420 K Street, NW), from 7:30pm – midnight.

Admission is the $35 race registration fee or any donation at the door. There will be door prizes, yummy light hors d’oeuvres, cupcakes by Hello Cupcake, and $5 Absolut drink specials. Attire is pink cocktail, of course. RSVP to rsvp@lotusloungedc.com.
